I love cayenne because I can keep it in the kitchen AND in my first aid kit. It is great on cuts to stop the bleeding and reduce pain (no kidding, we have tried it many times and it works great!!). Plus a tsp. can be given in a cup of warm water if having a heart attack or to keep from going into shock. It is a very hand herb to have on hand at all times.
